1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VELMUNE online store, website, products, and related services.

By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the store or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

VELMUNE is an online store operating from Bulgaria and selling physical consumer goods.

3. Eligibility to place an order

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement under the law applicable to you.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and delivery details before submitting it.

4. Products and product information

VELMUNE aims to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device.

Product availability may change. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

5. Prices and checkout

Product prices and any applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or other amounts available through the store are presented during checkout before an order is submitted.

Prices may be displayed in EUR or another supported currency depending on the customer’s location and available store settings.

Before placing an order, you will have an opportunity to review the products, delivery information, and total amount shown at checkout.

If an obvious pricing, product, or technical error affects an order, VELMUNE will contact you and handle the issue in accordance with applicable law.

6. Orders

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation containing the order details.

Orders remain subject to product availability and any checks reasonably required to process the transaction. If VELMUNE cannot fulfil an order, you will be informed and any payment that must be returned will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the VELMUNE Refund Policy.

VELMUNE may decline or cancel an order where required by law, where fulfilment is not possible, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, or an obvious technical error. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Shipping and delivery

VELMUNE ships from Bulgaria to the destinations currently supported by the store.

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are presented at checkout where available. Delivery estimates may vary by destination and shipping service and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact VELMUNE as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered the shipping process.

8. Cancellations, withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Cancellation requests, statutory withdrawal rights, returns, refunds, and problems involving damaged, incorrect, defective, or non-conforming goods are handled under the VELMUNE Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where applicable under EU consumer law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law and described in the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits applicable legal-guarantee rights for defective or non-conforming goods, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law where applicable.

9. Consumer rights

Your purchase may be protected by mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence. These rights may include rights concerning clear pre-contract information, withdrawal, delivery, conformity of goods, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

These Terms are not intended to waive, restrict, or replace rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

10. Privacy and personal information

VELMUNE processes personal information as described in the VELMUNE Privacy Policy.

The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the store and process transactions. Information submitted through the store may be processed by Shopify and relevant service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the store or its services:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• To interfere with the store’s security, availability, or operation.
• To introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or account information.
• To infringe the rights of VELMUNE or another person.

VELMUNE may take reasonable steps to protect the store, customers, and service providers from unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or security threats.

12. Store content and intellectual property

The VELMUNE name, branding, product presentation, text, graphics, images, and other store content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected store content without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify or other third parties, including payment, shipping, analytics, and customer-service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. VELMUNE is not responsible for independently operated third-party websites merely because the store links to them.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that VELMUNE has under mandatory law for the sale or fulfilment of your order.

14. Store availability

VELMUNE aims to keep the store accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security events, technical faults, or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect the store.

Where such an issue affects an order, VELMUNE will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and the relevant store policies.

15. Responsibility

VELMUNE does not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility for defective or non-conforming goods, mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, or any other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers remain responsible for using products in accordance with the information and instructions supplied with them.

16. Changes to these Terms

VELMUNE may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, its services, its policies, or applicable requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on the store with an updated date. Changes will not reduce rights that have already arisen under applicable law in relation to an existing order.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
